Property Dynamics undertook market testing within Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra and prepared an accommodation procurement strategy for each location, commencing with the Melbourne head office. A premises search and subsequent lease negotiations were undertaken. A key focus of this work was to enhance the facilities response to service delivery requirements, improved ESD performance and increased staff amenity.
